- What is your refund policy?
- You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not launched the lab environment. If the platform was unavailable or provisioning failed, you get a full refund either way. Approved refunds reach your original payment method in 5–7 business days. - Can I practice Cloud or Databricks later?
- Yes. Cloud, Databricks, and the Complete Suite are separate products, each bought as its own one-time purchase for the access period you choose. There is no in-account upgrade — you purchase the other product when you are ready, and each runs for its own access period.
